OPEN HOUSE BEGINS!

The aniticipated time is finally here!   Daylily Open House begins this Saturday, July 30th and runs through Sunday, August 7th.   Hours on Saturday/Sunday are 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, August 1-5, from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  Directions are on the Hours/Location page of the website.   If you have questions, please call or text - 218-522-0284 - we won't be checking email or Facebook much.

These two beauties are in bloom right now.  They look very similar because one (Paper Butterfly) is a parent of the other (Winyah Butterfly is a cross between Paper Butterfly & Moonlit Masquerade).

Daylily of the Week - Newberry Echo

This is one of my favorite early bloomers - it's usually done blooming by Open House time, so you may not see it at the farm.   It's a beautiful yellow with a green throat - bloom size is very large, up to 9 inches, and it is fragrant - a nice addition to your collection if you are looking for a variety that will extend your bloom season.
