On Saturday, July 20th,the first day of the Daylily Open House weekends, there will be a special Flower Pounding demonstration by Judi Carlson. Flower pounding is an old world art which uses the natural pigments of real flora and foliage to create pillows, valances and other beautiful items. Her creations are amazing!
Judi, who is also a Holyoke resident, has been doing flower pounding for 13 years.
She will be at the Open House on Saturday, July 20th from 10:a.m.-3:00p.m.
